The AACE Uniset is a unifying common data set to assist experts
in testing their methods and improving the practice of forensic schedule analysis.
It is a readymade series of sixty-one CPM schedules, consisting of an
as-planned schedule and thirty update schedules (including progress-only
“half-step” schedules) that model realistic complexity, include deliberate
flaws, and provide verified results. The Uniset is designed to serve as a
control set for testing of forensic schedule analysis methods, for the comparison
of the results of new methods or software packages, for use in developing new
