The 2020 Economic Recovery Report focuses on metrics useful to chambers of commerce as they recover and grow resiliency in their operations, revenue sources, programs, and communities.

As with ACCE's previous Operations Survey Reports, this report builds on metrics collected from and about chambers that participated in ACCE's annual benchmarking program. It also features additional survey information and insights delivered in a new, flexible format. The report highlights the differences between FY 2019 and FY 2020 in impact (revenue disruption), trends (membership, staffing, non-dues revenue) and adaptations (revenue shifts, events, foundations, mergers and partnerships).
