The Wooster DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area) is a collaborative initiative led by the Wooster Chamber of Commerce. The spark for this initiative was lit by downtown restaurants and retailers that had limited customer capacity but needed a way to increase traffic downtown. The initiative gave visitors an opportunity to sip, stroll, and explore downtown while patronizing multiple establishments.
