Representing a business entity before the IRS is different than representing an individual taxpayer. This course provides an overview of the key differences and special considerations related to representation of business entities.

Learning Objectives:
•Define the type of entity a business is for federal tax purposes.
•Identify whether the entity or an individual are liable for any business taxes.
•Understand the IRS collection rules for business entities.

Continuing Education
