Thank you for joining this SAA event! Visit our On-Demand Webcast Catalog to access webcast recordings any time!

Description

Join us for a conversation about why salary negotiation is important for your career and for the larger profession. Learn how to take control of your career through negotiation when you receive a new job offer or when you want a change in your current role. Understand best practices for navigating the complicated emotional landscape of salary negotiation. Attendees will: develop a personal checklist of negotiation priorities, learn about the concept of “BATNA” (your best alternative to negotiated agreement), consider how to handle negotiation setbacks, and think about what to do when you’re on the “other side” of the table, in a management position when someone is negotiating with you.
