Prior to purchasing and completing any TNLA certification exam, you are required to respond to a two-question Exam Requirement survey and meet the qualifications.
For individuals in the nursery/landscape industry that possess a high degree of knowledge and skill in horticulture. Becoming a TCNP adds credibility and prestige and increases your value as an employee. Requires 8 hours of CEU credits every two years completed before the Certification renewal date. Exam fees are non-refundable. You must take the exam within 90 days after the purchase date.
TCNP Exam Sections:
- Culture I - 35 Questions, 45 minutes to take exam
- Culture II - 100 Questions, 1 1/2 hour to take exam
- Merchandising - 30 Questions, 45 minutes to take exam
- Landscape Design Part 1 - 50 Questions, 1 hour to take exam
- Landscape Design Part 2 - 38 Questions, 45 minutes to take exam
- Plant ID - 50 Questions, 1 hour to take exam
- Plant Characteristics - 48 Questions, 1 hour to take exam
