Archived Webinar: Identifying the As-Built Critical Path Using MIP 3.3/3.4, the Contemporaneous Period Analysis

About this Recommended Practice:
In retrospective forensic schedule analysis, the as-built critical path is one of the most important subjects. Yet identification of the as-built critical path is not an easy task even for the most seasoned analyst. If a dispute makes its way to litigation, the court likely will require this identification in order to consider assessment of damages.

This session will describe how the as-built critical path is determined using two popular forensic analysis methodologies, the contemporaneous period analyses, Method Implementation Protocols No. 3.3 and 3.4, as named in the AACE Recommended Practice No. 29R-03, "Forensic Schedule Analysis". This should be a fun session with a spirited question and answer period.
