Abstract: This paper dispels the perceived inconsistency on methodology ranking between AACE Recommended Practices 25R-03 for Loss of Productivity on one hand and 29R-03 for Forensic Schedule Analysis on the other. By distinguishing “ranking of methods” from “evaluation of implementation”, it paves the way for a meaningful dialog among practitioners and users for a unified set of criteria for a systematized and reliable evaluation of both CPM delay analyses and loss of productivity analyses.
