The Owner Best Practices Forum will provide a facilitated panel discussion that focuses on cost engineering practices utilized by owner companies to maximize the value and return from their capital investments. It will identify specific practices that are key to supporting owner company’s investment decisions, and to monitor project execution to meet project cost and schedule objectives. It will also address owner use of AACE International technical, educational and certification resources within their capital project organizations. The session will include opportunities for attendees to interact with panel participants.
