He was Senior Counsel to Robinson Calcagnie, Inc. of Newport Beach, California, from January 2011 through May 2015 and is still Of Counsel to the firm. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Colorado, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin, as well as in Federal Courts in those and other states, and in the Fifth and Sixth Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. Don has been a member of the American Association for Justice (and ATLA) since 1981.

Jason is currently a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association; Cleveland County Bar Association; the American Association for Justice; and Oklahoma Association for Justice. While at Denney & Barrett, Jason has tried many personal injury and products liability cases across the United States. He has focused his efforts on exposing industry knowledge of defects present in automobiles, ATVs, and UTVs.

  • Adam Langino

    Adam J. Langino is an attorney at Cohen Milstein, and a member of the firm’s Complex Tort Litigation practice group. In his role, Mr. Langino represents clients who have been seriously or catastrophically injured, suffered from managed care abuses, or have been injured because of faulty products. Prior to Cohen Milstein, he served as an Assistant Public Defender in West Palm Beach, Florida and clerked for the Federal Public Defender in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He presently serves as the Newsletter Chair for the Product Liability Section of the American Association for Justice.

  • Parker Miller

    Beasley Allen Crow Methvin Portis & Miles, Atlanta, GA

    Parker Miller is a Principal in Beasley Allen’s Atlanta Office and a member of the Personal Injury and Products Liability Section. Parker focuses on catastrophic injury/product cases involving guardrails, vehicles, consumer products, and workplace injuries. He also represents families in premises liability cases, including negligent security cases where people are victimized by criminal activity. Parker is incoming Vice Chair of AAJ’s Products Section; is active in GTLA and a member of GTLA’s LEAD Program, which assembles Georgia’s top rising trial lawyers; and was previously an Executive Committee member of ALAJ.

  • Yvonne Godfrey

    Harris Lowry Manton, Atlanta, GA

    Yvonne S. Godfrey joined Harris Lowry Manton LLP as an associate in May 2013, after working for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit as a staff attorney. She practices in the areas of product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, and whistleblower litigation and excels at trial work. Active in the legal community, Godfrey has served on the Executive Committee of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) since 2015 and currently serves on the Verdict editorial board as well as the Young Alumni/Alumnae Committee for the University of Georgia School of Law. She previously served as Co-Chair of the GTLA LEAD Program -- which identifies and trains young, promising trial lawyers for future leadership roles in GTLA and their communities -- and was a member of the 2014-2015 GTLA LEAD class.

  • Anne Dieruf

    Jordan Herrington & Rowley, Greenwood Village, CO

    Anne Dieruf attended law school at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, Washington, where she graduated with honors in 2003. Anne is the Co-Founder and President of the Cody Dieruf Benefit Foundation, a non-profit organization providing emotional and financial support to children and young adults in the Mountain West living with the genetic disease Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Anne and her husband Levi actively seek to raise awareness of CF through the Foundation, which was established in honor of Anne’s sister-in-law, Cody, who lost her courageous battle with CF in 2005, at the age of 23.

  • Dan Laurence

    Stritmatter Kessler Koehler Moore, Seattle, WA

    Dan has tried and otherwise litigated mass disaster and product liability matters for 30 years in Seattle, Washington. He has worked on airline disasters, general aviation crashes, SUV rollovers, automotive brake failures, and other automotive defects, railroad crossing deaths, road design, watercraft failures, and industrial injuries. Dan has also tried medical malpractice cases and has experience in insurance coverage issues, sex abuse cases and a sadly growing number of cases arising from people crushed by falling trees. Dan is the Chair of the AAJ Product Liability Section and an active member of the AAJ Aviation Law Section and other sections. He is also a member of AIEG, the Washington Association for Justice’s court rules committee, and its task force on developing autonomous vehicle legislation.
