    Jennifer is Of Counsel with Ojeda Legal. Her practice focuses on Trucking Litigation, Wrongful Death Cases, Catastrophic Injury Cases, and Appellate Representation in State and Federal Courts. At the trial court level, Jennifer has experience successfully representing individuals and families in complex and catastrophic personal injury cases including: trucking collisions and automobile collisions often involving wrongful death claims. Past cases include her successful defense against a motion for summary judgment affirmed by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Jennifer is active in the legal community and is involved with the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.

    Melissa García Mosier, a shareholder with McWhirter, Bellinger, and Associates, P.A., focuses on cases involving large trucks and catastrophic injuries. Ms. Mosier is an active member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Trucking Litigation Group, and has been featured as a guest speaker at the New Jersey Association for Justice Trucking University, the AAJ Trucking College in Dallas, Texas, the AAJ Trucking Litigation Group Members Only seminar, and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA) 2019 Annual Symposium. She is also currently the Publications Editor and a member of the Board of Governors for the South Carolina Association for Justice. In addition to her trial work, Ms. Mosier has also successfully handled declaratory judgment actions, and appellate matters for her clients in the South Carolina Court of Appeals and South Carolina Supreme Court.
