On Demand: Mallory v. Norfolk Southern Railway Webinar

ON DEMAND: Mallory v. Norfolk Southern Railway Webinar

 July 27, 2023

Join us for a complimentary webinar on the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision, Mallory v. Norfolk Southern Railway Co. Hear from one of the attorneys who handled the case, in which the United States Supreme Court upheld a state’s “registration statute” that allows plaintiffs to sue any corporation registered to do business in the state, even if the corporation is not headquartered in the state and the suit did not arise in the state. You’ll also learn about its application to other cases, lessons from other recent personal jurisdiction cases, and an update on related legislative activity in the states.

AAJ is not responsible for accrediting or reporting CLE credits for On-Demand programs. Each attorney is responsible for ensuring their state accepts self-application for self-study CLE credits. FAQs on CLE and Education programs can be found HERE.

This on-demand course contains the webinar recording and agenda from the program as well as a certificate of completion for attendees to use when applying for 115 general minutes of self-study MCLE credit.
