Preparing for the unthinkable office experience is an essential part of a successful outcome. There is no such thing as a minor office emergency. If managed improperly, any event can become a catastrophic experience. Organization and preparation of the office staff and equipment in all situations is paramount to an unthinkable outcome. Fundamental aspects of the emergency cart, training of office personnel and the basic elements of preparedness will be reviewed.
Upon completion of this webinar, participants should be able to:
1. Describe the essential components of the emergency cart.
2. Organize and identify emergency drugs.
3. Effectively perform regular, organized emergency drills.
