This webcast discusses how to properly report multiple services on the same day to ensure appropriate reimbursement. Areas of discussion will include reporting multiple procedure codes, procedures with imaging services, and combinations of E/M and diagnostic and procedural services. Particular emphasis will be placed on the proper modifier selection and the required medical record documentation. CPT changes that have impacted the reporting of multiple services will be discussed along with the background for those changes. Clinical examples will also be provided.
