Meredith Barad, MD
Meredith Barad, MD grew up in Denver, Colorado. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin summa cum laude in 1998 and graduated from Stanford University Medical School in 2003. She completed her internship at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, California and then went on to a neurology residency at Stanford University. After residency, Dr Barad was the first neurologist to be admitted to the pain fellowship at Stanford. She is board certified in headache and pain, and co-directs the Facial Pain program at Stanford. She is currently a Clinical Associate Professor of Anesthesia (Pain Management) and Neurology & Neurological Sciences as well as the Associate Division Chief of Education and Program Director for the Pain Fellowship. Dr Barad is the chair of the headache and facial pain special interest group for the American Academy of Pain Medicine, on the board of the American Interventional Headache Society, a director-at-large of the American Pain Program Directors, and on the Editorial Board of Pain Medicine.

Nathaniel M. Schuster, MD
Dr. Nathaniel Schuster is a pain and headache neurologist and is associate professor and associate clinic director at the UC San Diego Center for Pain Medicine. He is senior vice president of the World Headache Society, the recipient of the Migraine Research Foundation 2018 Impact Award, and section editor for the Neuropathic Pain section for the journal Pain Medicine. He graduated from University of Michigan Medical School and completed neurology residency at UCLA, headache fellowship at Montefiore Headache Center, and pain fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. His research interests include headache and neuropathic pain and he is currently conducting the first placebo-controlled trial of cannabis for acute migraine.

Rashmi B. Halker Singh, MD, FAHS
Dr. Singh is a neurologist in Scottsdale, Arizona and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Mayo Clinic-Phoenix and Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center. She is a fellowship trained, board-certified headache neurologist at Mayo Clinic. She completed medical school at Wayne State University and her neurology residency and headache fellowship at Mayo Clinic, before joining Mayo Faculty. She is the Headache Fellowship Program director at Mayo, and splits her time between seeing patients, engaging in clinical research, and participating in the education of medical students, neurology residents, and headache fellows. She is also co-director of the Mayo Clinic Headache Symposium, held every other year. She is very involved with the American Headache Society, where she and was named an Emerging Leader by the American Headache Society. For the American Headache Society, among other things Dr. Halker Singh chairs the Women’s Issues Special Interest Group and helped spearhead a Women’s Leadership Development course. She has published numerous peer-reviewed publications, patient education materials, and book chapters on topics pertaining to migraine and other headache disorders.
