Raj Moman, MD
Dr. Moman, studies chronic pain and treatments of chronic pain at a private practice in Central FL. He studies the prevalence of chronic pain in different patient populations. In addition, he has an interest in treatments of failed back surgery syndrome, peripheral neuropathy, spinal stenosis, and complex regional pain syndrome. He has research interests in outcomes related to chronic pain therapies such as spinal cord stimulation and studies patient-specific factors that limit access to and efficacy of well-established therapies for chronic pain. He is interested in using technology in pain medicine and how it can help patients better manage their chronic pain. He earned his BS in Biology from Florida State University, his MA in Medical Sciences from Boston University, and his MD at Mayo Clinic School of Medicine.

Ryan S. D’Souza, MD
Dr. D’Souza is an anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician. He is currently a Mayo Clinic Scholar, with his clinical focus on, managing spine pain including low back pain, neck pain, and failed back surgery syndrome; performing interventional therapies to treat both acute and chronic pain and performing neuromodulation procedures including spinal cord stimulation, dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation, and peripheral nerve stimulation. In addition to his clinical activities, Dr. D’Souza is active in clinical research in areas of spinal cord stimulation and regenerative pain medicine techniques.

Samer N. Narouze, MD PhD
Dr. Narouze chairs the Center for Pain Medicine at Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. He is a professor of Surgery at NOMED, clinical professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at OUCOM, and a clinical professor of Neurological Surgery at OSU. He is considered an expert consultant in Headaches and Pain Medicine and has served as an editor and medical reviewer in several Headache and Pain Medicine journals. Dr. Narouze is board certified in pain medicine, neurology headache medicine, interventional pain management, as well as anesthesiology. He founded the American Interventional Headache Society in 2015 and he is the president-elect for American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine and serves in many committees for AAPM and other national and international headache and pain organizations.
