    Dr. Dr. Carole Lyn Yauk is the Research Scientist lead in the Mechanistic Studies Division of Environmental Health Science and Research Bureau at Environmental and Radiation Health Sciences Directorate, that comes under Health Canada. Her research project includes, development and application of genomic technologies for human health toxicological risk assessment and development and use of Adverse Outcome Pathways for human health risk assessment
    She is currently serving as Co-chair of the Application of Genomics in Mechanism-based Risk Assessment Technical Committee (Genomics Committee) of the Health and Environmental Sciences Institute

    Co-chair of Health Canada’s Genomics Working Group. She is also part of the Research Oversight Committee for various Genomics projects nationally and internationally. Dr. Yauk is Canadian delegate to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development’s Extended Advisory Group on Molecular Screening and Toxicogenomics. In addition to that, she serves on several editorial board. She is also a Collaborator and mentor in the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada Collaborative Research and Training Experience Program entitled ‘Research in Environmental, Analytical Chemistry and Toxicology’ (REACT). She has published multiple manuscripts and book chapters and presented at her work at various platforms.
