In this presentation, learn about the St. Louis Regional Chamber’s work to ensure greater racial equity in the region’s workforce through its participation in the STL Regional Youth Employment Coalition (RYEC). Through the RYEC, the chamber has partnered with local businesses, government, and educational institutions to provide young people with pre-employment and soft skills training along with wraparound support to reduce other employment barriers such as assess to reliable transportation.
