Leveraging Diverse Partnerships in Economic Development

Over the last 15 years, Tulsa’s Future, the 20-county regional economic development partnership led by the Tulsa Regional Chamber, has aligned the resources of over 200 public and private investors, supporting the creation of more than 69,000 jobs and over $3.8 billion in capital investment in northeast Oklahoma. Through dedicated outreach, tribal nations have become integral partners in this effort and active and key participants in all phases of the region’s most historic economic development projects. In this session, learn how to identify the unique constituencies in your own communities, engage diverse potential investors in productive dialogues, and establish meaningful metrics of success for economic development partnerships.

Presented by the Honorable Chuck Hoskin, Jr., Principal Chief, Cherokee Nation; Michael S. Neal, CCE, President & CEO, Tulsa Regional Chamber; and Justin McLaughlin, CCE, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Tulsa Regional Chamber.
