An initiative of all five NYC borough chambers of commerce and partners from the public and private sectors, the NYC Small Business Resource Network offers a comprehensive approach to strengthening New York City’s economy and assisting small businesses. Launched in response to the crisis facing small businesses in the wake of COVID-19, it leverages partners from the corporate, financial, and professional services sectors, as well as universities, philanthropies, and expert volunteers to help small business owners gain access to needed resources and personalized guidance. Using this innovative program as an example, this webinar will provide insights into best practices for private/public partnerships where chambers play a central role in providing technical assistance to small businesses.
