Certificate in Chamber Management Bundle


The chamber industry encompasses a variety of skills and knowledge. While many professionals learn on the job, ACCE’s Certificate in Chamber Management program provides flexible, on-demand education in essential subject areas. Whether you’re a seasoned chamber staff member or brand new to the industry, these modules can serve as foundational basics or topical refreshers. The Certificate in Chamber Management series will build on industry competencies, providing professional growth for both your organization and your career.

This course includes approximately 17.5 hours of content and includes all seven Certificate courses: Your Chamber Career; Governance & Planning; Operations & Finance; Membership & Revenue Development; Events, Programs & Communications; Community Leadership & Advocacy; and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Together, the program provides support for skills and competencies within each of the four core Chamber Body of Knowledge areas: Management; Planning and Development; Membership, Communications and Revenue; and Operations.

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of completion, shareable social graphics and 20 Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) points. Assignment and assessment grading, along with certificate awards, take place every Friday for all tasks completed within the preceding week.
