ACCE's annual publication reflects salary metrics on personnel expenses, CEO salaries and compensation packages and salaries for non-CEO staff in various disciplines. The survey is conducted as part of ACCE’s Dynamic Chamber Benchmarking (DCB). Survey invitations were emailed to more than 1,300 chambers that are members of ACCE or select partner organizations. The survey was administered online, and ACCE staff compiled data as of August 28, 2023.

Members who completed the 2022 salary survey in DCB can log back into the benchmarking platform. There you can download this PDF report, but you also have access to dynamic reports that can be filtered by a number of criteria to help create the most comprehensive report possible. The salary survey section of DCB is only available to CEOs and those staff members who they designate.
