Join us for ACCE’s Events and Communications Conference, October 11 through 13 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We will welcome both new and more experienced professionals from chambers of all sizes working in the events, programs and communications areas. Learning and discussion will take place in workshops, general sessions, smaller breakouts, and peer-led roundtables.

Chambers within these membership groups are entitled to one complimentary registration for this event. Please register in advance to take advantage of this benefit (no on-site registrations). Note that a $100 processing fee will be charged in the case of “no-shows” and for complementary registrations cancelled after September 15, 2023. Members taking advantage of this offering must be members in good standing.
Should you need to cancel your registration, please email our Event Registration Team at email@example.com. Please note the following:
- If your cancellation is submitted before September 15, 2023, ACCE will refund the full registration fee less a $50 processing fee.
- If the cancellation request is submitted on or after September 15, 2023, ACCE will refund 50% of the registration fee less a $50 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued after September 25, 2023.
ACCE reserves the right to make real-time changes to conference content and offerings as it deems necessary, and in such situations no refunds, partial refunds or alternative offers shall be made outside of the stated cancellation policy listed above.
