  • Kathy Blank, CCE

    As Vice President of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Blank is responsible for leading the Business Development Department of the 5-star accredited McKinney Chamber of Commerce which is ranked 3rd in the DFW Region in size for number of members. She oversees the dues and non-dues revenue for the Chamber and supervises the membership sales, retention and communications team and fulfils the role of EOS Integrator for the Chamber -based on the Entrepreneur Operating System as outlined in the book Traction by Geno Wickman. 

    Kathy has achieved both an ACCE Lifetime Achievement Gold Award along with Sales Awards when her role focused more on new member sales. Since then, the McKinney Chamber membership team continues to place top in the country in the ACCE MDD Awards.

    Kathy is a graduate of Leadership McKinney, Leadership Plano, EOS Master Integrator Training and will graduate with her IOM in 2021. She has worked for a variety of organizations including the Plano Chamber of Commerce and area nonprofit organizations prior to joining the McKinney Chamber. A graduate of Temple University, Kathy was a scholarship athlete in field hockey the very first year of Title IX women’s scholarships. She loves living and working in McKinney and among her many accomplishments she is the proudest of her role as mother and grandmother to her incredible family with 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren.

  • Paul Fleming

    Paul Fleming is the Senior Account Manager for the Boise Metro Chamber responsible for recruiting new members along with finding sponsors and advertisers for the Chamber’s events and programs. He is in his 8th year with the Chamber. Before this role Paul spent 20 years in the food and beverage industry. Paul serves on the North Boise Little League Board of Directors as Coaching coordinator and sponsorship chair. He also serves on the board of directors for Sage International School. Paul is from the Pacific Northwest and has lived in Idaho since 1991. He is married with three children: Marshall (14), Colette (12) and Maxwell (9). Paul and his family love to go skiing, biking, sports and doing most anything outdoors.

  • Kathy Marcum

    Kathy Marcum is the Director of Business Development for the Plano Chamber of Commerce. In this role, she connects with the regional business community to carry out the Chamber’s mission of maximizing economic growth through advocacy, education, innovation, and collaboration. Kathy also works with existing Chamber members to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.

    Kathy is an active member of ACCE. She is part of the association’s Circle of Champions and has been awarded National Sales Contest Awards and a Lifetime Achievement Award.

    Kathy has a solid background in membership management, partnership programs, sales, marketing, and branding. She has been responsible for managing such well-known consumer brands as Ralph Lauren, Martha Stewart, Waverly, and Sherwin-Williams.

    When Kathy is not connecting with the business community, you will likely find her in a fitness class or exploring the great outdoors. She is also an active volunteer for St. Philip’s Episcopal Church. Kathy and her two daughters live in Frisco, TX.

  • Mark Harvey

    Mark Harvey was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. From a young age he has immersed himself in sales. Currently, Mark is the Business Development Manager for the Salt Lake Chamber, awarded a 4-star accreditation this year from the US Chamber. In the position of BD Manager, he is responsible for membership growth and revenue; particularly, for the Board of Governors. From the start of his career with the Chamber in June of 2016, Board membership (a $10,000 investment) has expanded from 60 members to over 200 members. In 2019 he received ACCE’s Gold Lifetime Achievement Award for $500,000 in new business dollars (excluding upgrades). This year he was admitted into ACCE’s Million Dollar Circle for $1,000,000 in new business dollars (excluding upgrades) on 230 career NB sales. He has upgraded 68 members for $492,000, an average of $7,235.29. He is on target to hit ACCE’s highest award given, the Diamond Award for those who have achieved $1.5 million, sometime in April of 2022.

    He previously worked for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) for 23 years where he held positions of Field Sales Representative and Sales Director I, II, and III. During his tenure at NFIB he became one of its most successful sales representatives in their history, earning top sales rep in the Salt Lake Division 14 times, President’s Club for being in the top 10% of sales reps in the nation 16 times, becoming the number one sales rep in the U.S. 3 times, and being presented the Lifetime Achievement Award, given to those who represent the best of the best in the company’s 78-year history (so far, only 15 have been given this honor). His enthusiasm and passion are contagious. He is a hard worker and a valuable leader on any team.

    Mark graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta (Italian major), a second bachelor’s degree (Business Administration major) from Utah State University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

    Mark has been married to his wife Marlene for 41 years. They have two sons, two daughters and 11 grandchildren whom he adores—the grandchildren, that is, not the kids. His new love is Pickleball, though a recent torn meniscus has delayed temporarily his Olympic training. He has won 4 Gold Medals at the 3.5 Level. He served as a church missionary in Italy for two years. Mark and his wife currently reside in Syracuse, Utah.
