Join a presentation and discussion covering smart approaches for determining when and how much to raise dues, member communications strategies, the impact of dues hikes on membership retention, how non-dues revenue plays into these issues, and more. After a short presentation, we'll open the floor for your own ideas and insights. Led by Michigan West Coast Chamber team members Jodi Owczarski, President & CEO, and Britt Delo, Vice President of Membership & Marketing.

Jodi Owczarski

For the first 5 years at the West Coast Chamber, Jodi was accountable to provide leadership in all areas of the organization, as well as serving as the Integrator (within the EOS framework). As the Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Jodi was responsible for all Human Resources, Accounting and Finance functions, as well as managing the Staff, Facilities and Operations, and directing the West Coast Leadership Program. As of September 1, 2022, Jodi is the President & CEO of the West Coast Chamber.

Jodi’s limitless capacity for solving math problems has been essential to creating budgets and balance sheets, and her inviting personality and quick humor, combined with her strategic thinking, give her the edge when managing staff, committees, and volunteers. Jodi’s contagious energy ripples out into our business community.

Working at the Chamber is the perfect culmination of all of Jodi’s previous work experiences including as a self-employed small business owner, serving as the Community Center Director at a non-profit, working in HR for a large manufacturer, and overseeing operations for an international consulting firm.

Jodi currently serves on a variety of Boards and Committees including Lakeshore Advantage, Holland Hospital, Housing Next, Lakeshore Leadership Council, Tulip Time, Now for the Next, Holland Civic Center Place, West Michigan Regional Airport, and Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.

Jodi is an enthusiastic Spartan with a B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis on Human Resources Management from Michigan State University. Go Green!
Britt Delo

One of the West Coast Chamber’s core values is “It’s All About You”. As the Vice President of Membership & Marketing, Britt Delo utilizes this core value to its fullest extent. This involves recruiting and onboarding new members, engaging and connecting with existing members, and developing and maintaining partnerships to grow sponsorship revenue. Britt was an Ambassador with the West Coast Chamber for several years prior to joining the team. Britt’s background is in business development, customer service, and retail management. Britt was the captain of the Hope College Women’s Swim Team and was a Scholar Athlete and Academic All American all four years. She brings that same energetic and competitive spirit to the West Coast Chamber.
