Each of the eight, 90-minute weekly sessions will focus on various elements of this talent recruitment strategy, with a review of key concepts, small group activities and limited homework.Sessions will include group discussions, learning activities, and data-supported casemaking on the following topics:
- How to develop job descriptions
- Sourcing candidates
- Building an interview process
- Screening and evaluating candidates
- Employee development, retention and promotion
The series offering will meet on Wednesdays from 2 – 3:30 p.m. ET on the following dates: Apr. 24, May 1, May 8, May 15, May 29, June 5, June 12, and June 26. No sessions on May 22 or June 19.
