    Lawrence A. Lavery, DPM, MPH, FACFAS is a tenured professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Lavery is the Director of the Diabetic Limb Salvage Fellowship Program at UTSW. His research team has received extramural from the NIH, Agency for Healthcare Research Quality, Veterans Administration, Qatar National Research Foundation, American Diabetes Association, American Podiatric Medical Association, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and private industry. His group has published over 300 peer reviewed papers, text chapters and commentaries.

    Paul J. Kim, DPM, MS, FACFAS, is the Medical Director of the Wound Program at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. He is also a Professor in the Departments of Plastic Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery at UT Southwestern.

    Rachel H. Albright, DPM, MPH, AACFAS is a foot and ankle surgeon and researcher practicing in Stamford, CT with Stamford Health Medical Group. She attended William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and received her Master's in Public Health (MPH) from Dartmouth College. She currently serves on the research committee for the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, co-editor for the ACFAS Scientific Literature Review series, and an ad hoc reviewer for the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Albright's research interests lie in health care delivery, outcomes research and health care economics.
