Speaker Bio
Dr. Kane Low is a midwife and researcher who focuses on advancing evidence based care practices during birth that promote optimal outcomes and normal birth. She is the Associate Dean for Professional Graduate Studies in the School of Nursing and Professor of Nursing at the University of Michigan. She participated in the clinical revision workgroup to revise the hemorrhage bundle.

Course Description 
Do you participate in AIM bundle implementation? Are you curious about learning more about the AIM bundles? This webinar will present updates to the Managing Obstetric Hemorrhage bundles, learn about the role of midwives in implementing bundles and learn about how to improve quality in maternal health from a team-based approach.

Learning Objectives
1. Improve understanding of the complexities and opportunities in the treatment of obstetric hemorrhage and severe hypertension
2. Discuss key themes of both the the Obstetric Hemorrhage and Severe Hypertension patient safety bundle
3. Review the role and participation of midwives in the AIM program and rationale
