This program explores the important role of family physicians in ending the HIV epidemic, including screening and testing patients for HIV, initiating treatment in individuals who are HIV positive to achieve sustained viral suppression, and starting individuals who are HIV negative on pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to prevent HIV transmission.

- Identify patients who are interested in and eligible for PrEP
