Operation Save Lives

This lecture provides background on the transformation of a medical school to meet the needs of the population in the time of the COVID-19 health crisis. The stand setting necessary to run a stand-alone vaccine clinic will be described. Information will be provided on the communities served by the clinic. The day to day procedures will be discussed as well as an explanation of the behind the scenes reporting needed to run a vaccine clinic.
