First Allow No Harm - Preventing Violence in the Physician Office

This session will be focused on reviewing current trends in physician office-based workplace violence and determining what are effective strategies to proactively approach creating a secure, safe, and strategic environment to mitigate risks.

Learning Objectives:

  • Review current data on workplace violence in the medical field, including prevalent trends and concerns.
  • Identify valid strategies to prevent workplace violence based on information from health and safety resources.
  • Develop a strategy that focuses on creating a secure, safe, and strategic environment.
