This session will provide clinicians, academic physicians, and leaders with the skills needed to decompress and live a positive, healthy lifestyle.
Learning Objectives:
- Maintain a sense of self under the stress of physician roles and leadership
- Describe ways to decompress
- Develop skills and learn how to journal ones feelings to destress
- Employ stress relieving techniques in their relationships with family, friends and colleagues, and learn how to differentiate positive and negative feelings
