How to Talk with Different Ethnicities About Health
This session will help providers communicate more effectively with their patients of different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Participants will have a better understanding of how patients view their health within their own belief systems. This will help build the doctor-patient relationship and improve patient satisfaction and compliance.
