Program Overview
Optimal use of CGM is contingent on appropriate patient education and support, as well as practical considerations to ensure success with use of the devices. Thisactivity blends didactic and case-based content. During each case presentation, faculty explore common clinical scenarios and highlight practical strategies to address these clinical situations.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, the learners should be able to:

• Select appropriate CGM device based on patient history and other characteristics
• Address patient questions related to the use of CGM in glucose monitoring
• Identify support strategies for patients utilizing CGM to monitor blood glucose levels

Instructions for participation and requesting credit
There are no fees for participating and receiving credit for this activity. Successful completion is achieved by reviewing the CE information, completing th pretest, the activity, the post-test, and evaluation form. A score of at least 75% on the posttest is required to successfully complete this activity. The participant may take the test until successfully passed.

Credit fulfillment
If you are requesting AMA credits, AOA credits, ANCC credits, or a certificate of participation, your certificate will be available for download.
