In this interactive session, we will review and then solicit input on applying the principles of feedback models to case scenarios to enhance faculty skills in feedback to cultivate competency in residency education.

Learning objectives:
1. Understand the role of feedback in competency-based medical education (CBME)
2. Describe several feedback models to facilitate feedback conversations
3. Apply the principles of effective feedback to case scenarios
