This session provides information on how to improve the biannual resident assessment process, including Milestones, CCC meetings, and individualized learning plans.

Learning objectives:
1. Obtain more accurate Milestone data by surveying residents in a questionnaire format.
2. Utilize the faculty advisor to reconcile Milestone data with each resident.
3. Utilize the faculty advisor to develop an individualized learning plan with each resident.
