Objectives
In Preventive Measures for Urinary Tract
Infections, the health care professional will learn how to prevent recurrent
urinary tract infections (UTIs) by understanding the underlying pathophysiology
and principles of antibiotic stewardship.
Upon completion, providers should be able to
develop evidence-based strategies to evaluate and treat patients with recurrent
UTIs, and communicate effectively with patients about treatment strategies to
prevent recurrent UTIs.
Physicians can purchase the eModule, access it at the link below, and receive CME credit once they achieve 80% or higher on the posttest.
