In 2023, ACOG hosted the second annual Betsey, Lucy, and Anarcha Memorial Lecture, "Supporting Colleagues of Color: Practical Tips for Combating Racism and Burnout". Panelists discuss their experiences as practitioners in the field, what it means to be a supportive, antiracist colleague, and tools and strategies for combatting racism and burnout.

Objective

By the end of this activity, participants will be able to:
  • Increase awareness and knowledge of racism in medicine
  • Foster an environment of peer learning and sharing
  • Provide information on how to support colleagues of color in medicine
