Overview
During this webinar faculty reviews evidence for epilepsy self-management, programs currently available virtually by phone or online (HOBSCOTCH, UPLIFT, PACES, SMART) and immediate opportunities and support for implementing these programs in the clinical practice setting.

Epileptologists, neurologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, allied health professionals, clinical trainee students, and fellows

Learning Objectives
Following participation in this activity, the learner should be able to:

Describe the evidence supporting the benefits of epilepsy self-management programs
Identify current epilepsy self-management programs available to patients (via phone or online)
Identify pathways for patient referral to programs and training opportunities available to epilepsy center team members
