Description

The issues related to power and privilege are widely prevalent in the fundraising profession. I designed and executed a nationwide study to understand how prejudice manifests in the lives of racialized and marginalized fundraisers. By listening to these stories, we can expand our understanding of diversity-related issues in our profession.
