In this session, Scott and Leah will introduce the concept of Authentic Leadership. Long been embraced in the for-profit world as a prerequisite of success, Authentic Leadership is about being true to yourself, true to your values, and true to what you really believe in. It’s about being driven by mission and results, leading with your heart, and focusing on the long term. Case studies will be used throughout the session.
