Why don't I see my courses?

In order for your courses to display properly you must first indicate your AIHM membership status in your account. To do so, click on your name in the upper right corner of your screen and then click on the Settings tab under your account. Update your personal settings by selecting either “AIHM Member” or “Non-Member” and then click the Update Profile button.

Why don’t I see my certificates?
In order for your certificates to display properly you must first indicate your profession in your account. To do so, click on your name in the upper right corner of your screen and then click on the Settings tab under your account. Update your personal settings by selecting either “MD, DO, MB, or MBBS” or “Other Professionals” and then click the Update Profile button.

Why is my name missing or incorrect on my certificate?
Upon creating a new account in the system, you were prompted to provide your name and credentials exactly as you want them to appear on your certificates. To update your preferences, click on your name in the upper right corner of your screen and then click on the Settings tab under your account. Update your name and credentials and then click the Update Profile button.

AIHM E-Learning Refund Policy
AIHM is unable to process a request for online learning refunds if course(s) were accessed, viewed, or downloaded. A refund is available if requested, in writing, within 30 days of purchase date - if course(s) not accessed - minus a 6% processing fee on cost of purchase.
