Litigation Advice for 1st Year Associates

Original air date: 2/23/17.
This course is not eligible for CLE.

A presentation from the Education Committee's Law School Outreach Program Subcommittee's webinar series: From theory to practice: Connecting the classroom to real life practice - IP litigation can vary from the grind of prior art review and product analysis to the excitement of last-minute trial strategy.

As a first-year associate, making yourself a valuable and creative member of the litigation team is just as important as learning how to be an effective litigator. This presentation will discuss typical projects and tasks for first year IP litigation associates, common expectations of partners and senior associates, and tips for communicating with your colleagues, expert witnesses, and clients.
