When is Enough Enough? Examining Information Disclosure Statements and the Duty of Disclosure to Stay in Compliance and Out of Trouble - Identifying what, when, and how to disclose information to the USPTO to comply with the duties of disclosure, candor, and good faith is not always a simple task.  Inequitable conduct issues are often intertwined with duty of disclosure and duty of candor mishaps.

In this webinar we will hear from the litigation, prosecution, and USPTO Office of Enrollment and Discipline perspectives. Our experienced panel will take a deep dive into these issues and examine the current standard for the duty of disclosure, what to include in information disclosure statements, when to file them, and how to steer clear of situations that will earn you a letter from the USPTO Office of Enrollment and Discipline.
