In this ethics CLE, Nancy Lambert, Lauren Steinhaeuser, and Adam Steinert will share strategies for thinking about and approaching patent litigation, trademark litigation, and administrative proceedings in ways that can reduce unnecessary disputes and their related costs.

Within the framework of attorneys; ethical obligations, there are a number of factors to consider when navigating disputes in litigation and administrative proceedings, including risk, cost, and business goals.The panel will discuss these factors and more, offering perspectives from both in-house and private practice.
