Rob practices intellectual property law at Lando & Anastasi, LLP, where he focuses on patent law with a particular interest in design patent prosecution. Rob develops strategic intellectual property portfolios, working closely with clients in consumer products, medical devices, and other sectors. Rob was previously a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to his current practice, he has organized legal education opportunities related to design patents, trade dress, copyright, and related intellectual property law topics. Darren Cahr is a partner in the Chicago office of Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. Sarah Schneider
Sarah is a shareholder in the trademark and copyright practice group of Sheridan Ross who works with clients concerning all aspects of trademark and copyright matters, including advertising, media, and technology law. Sarah’s practice encompasses searching, clearing, filing and prosecuting domestic trademarks; maintaining, policing and defending trademark registrations and assisting clients in creating international trademark portfolios. Sarah works with clients to develop global filing strategies that include direct foreign and Madrid Protocol filings as well as working with foreign trademark professionals to record trademark transfers and to file and defend trademark oppositions and cancellations. Sarah also has experience in trademark and copyright litigation.
