With over two decades of experience, she has briefed and supported numerous appellate arguments at the Federal Circuit. Most recently, she helped obtain affirmance of the CardiAQ v. Neovasc $112 million judgment, which the National Law Journal ranked as the #6 IP verdict in 2016.

  • William Jenks

    William Jenks is a solo practitioner specializing in complex patent issues and appeals. Before founding his firm, Mr. Jenks practiced before the Federal Circuit as an Associate Solicitor in the PTO Solicitor’s Office and, later, as a member of Gibson Dunn’s Appellate group. He has briefed and argued numerous appeals before the Federal Circuit.
