The presentation will define artificial intelligence and machine learning, discuss reasons healthcare companies might want patent protection in this area, and discuss strategies for obtaining such patent protection. Recent court cases impacting healthcare artificial intelligence patents will be discussed. Some issued claims in the healthcare artificial intelligence space will be analyzed.
