Description

What do you need to know, from prior to filing a provisional application, until after you have filed a PCT application? What advice do you need to provide to your client along the way? Will restoration of priority save you, if you miss a Paris date? What is the legal effect of a PTO foreign filing license, and where does that fit into the big picture of U.S. export control regulations? Does that affect where you can practice? Nowadays, we all work “virtually,” which raises practical and ethical questions. This webinar will address those questions.
