    Drew is the Director of Client Success at Clarity, with a focus on ensuring that school users have the training, resources, and support they need to make the most of Clarity's Financial Aid software. Drew spent the first 14 years of his career in independent schools as a teacher and as the Director of Enrollment Management at Montgomery School in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania. A spreadsheet nerd at heart, he regularly publishes and presents on enrollment and financial aid strategies. Based outside of Philadelphia with his wife and three children, he enjoys carpentry and playing music in his spare time.

    Managing Partner, Mission Enrollment Strategy Solutions, LLC

    Alisa Evans has been honing financial aid protocols and strategies while assisting independent schools for more than two decades.  She was the Director of Business Development for SSS by NAIS and spent ten years as a regional director and then assistant vice president of market development for a $70 million student loan program that serves the private primary and secondary school market.  Using this methodology, schools have saved an average of $80,000-$100,000 in over-awards after contracting with Mission Enrollment.

  • Orna Siegel

    Director of Enrollment and Tuition Assistance, Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School

    Orna has worked in the field of independent school education for 21 years, and received Hebrew College’s prize for Outstanding Achievement in Jewish Education. Before joining Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School, she was the Director of Admission at JCDS, Boston’s Jewish Community Day School, where she worked to connect prospective families to the vision of the school. Orna has extensive teaching experience, including everything from middle school humanities and Mishnah to high school courses on the History of Israel and hip-hop dancing.
    Orna earned a Master degree in Jewish Education as a Legacy Heritage Fellow at Hebrew College, a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Wesleyan University, and studied at Yeshivat Nishmat in Israel. She lives in Potomac, Maryland, with her husband and four children.
